As many of you know, Declan Ganley, one the leaders of the Irish "No" vote on Europe's Lisbon Treaty, addressed the NDN community on the issue last Thursday. Mr. Ganley is the founder of the Libertas Institute, an organization whose mission is to provoke enlightened discussion on the European Union, its relevance to member states, and its role in world affairs. It is committed to making Brussels more democratic and accountable for the decisions it makes.
